Long and challenging par 5… 588 yards with a large lake 150 yards in and around the green. This is a true 3-shot hole with a mid to short approach. No bargain with the trades from the left pushing your shots toward the lake. And the green rolls off into the lake. This is a great finishing hole and has a couple of pot bunkers in front of the green so you can't bail out. After a solid drive you need to hit a low long iron or wood away from the lake and lay up at about 150 yards. A par finish here and you know you've played a super golf course with lots of memorable holes and very scenic views.

Played 3 wood to keep in fairway as I was going to lay up left near bunkers. Had a 150 in and played a strong 8 iron over the left pot bunker to the back of green. Two putted for par and shot my second best round since it opened in 1999. 72 and proud of it.

Best Tip: Don't hit it in the lake! Play safe away from the lake to make a good par. Drive left, lay up left and approach left side of green and carry pot bunker.
